• Use the official London 2012 website at www.tickets.london2012.com to apply for or buy tickets, or to find out your country’s appointed agent.

• UK residents can also obtain paper application forms from any Lloyds TSB branch, or from any public library in Northern Ireland.  

• Use official providers for Games Breaks and Hospitality Packages. These are Thomas Cook (www.thomascooklondon2012.com), Prestige Travel (www.prestigeticketing.london2012.com) and Jet Set Travel (www.jetsetsports.com).  

• Olympic Games Travel packages will also be available for residents outside the UK and Designated European Countries through local National Olympic Councils, and Authorised Ticket Resellers. Visit www.tickets.london2012.com  for appointed agents.

• Do not respond to unsolicited emails purporting to be from London 2012 or one of the bona fide agents. Never click on any website links contained in unsolicited emails. 

• If you become a victim of ticket fraud report it to Action Fraud (www.actionfraud.org.uk), London 2012 (brandprotection@london2012.com), or your local police force.
