The Fraud Advisory Panel has a number of expert spokespeople who are available for media comment and interview. Our experts can comment on a variety of fraud-related issues including (but not limited to):
- the legal process (both civil and criminal) as it relates to fraud and financial crime, including asset recovery, public and private prosecutions, and insolvency proceedings;
- the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud within the public, private and third sectors;
- how to protect the general public from current scams and consumer frauds; and
- specific forms of fraud such as bribery and corruption, charity fraud, cybercrime and internet-related fraud, financial fraud and accounting manipulation, insider fraud, and money laundering.
