Corporate culture and fraud
Kweku Adoboli is best known for his role in the 2011 USB ‘rogue trader’ scandal, described as the biggest fraud in UK history. Kweku will share his story with us, the impact it has had on his life, and the lessons that can be learnt from his experience.
This will be followed by a panel discussion, introduced by Rachel Sexton, a partner in fraud investigations and dispute services at EY LLP, to explore the role of corporate culture in influencing staff behaviour. Other panelists include John Moneglard from the ICAEW Financial Services Faculty.
David Clarke, director of the Fraud Advisory Panel and former detective chief superintendent with the City of London Police, will chair.
