Please note this meeting replaces the scheduled prevention meeting originally scheduled for 27 July.
The Cabinet Office is developing a new HM Government counter fraud profession for the public sector. This roundtable discussion will consider various options available for regulating the profession. In particular:
- Have all the options been considered?
- What are the challenges with formal regulation?
- What are the risks of not pursuing regulation?
- What can be learnt from other sectors who have successfully or unsuccessfully moved to formal regulation?
This is an opportunity for interested members to inform the Cabinet Office’s thinking and participants are encouraged to share their views and experiences. You can view the promotional brochure here.
This meeting will be chaired by Martin Robinson and conclude with a drinks reception.
