If you have been the victim of fraud in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, please report it to Action Fraud (the UK’s national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime) by calling 0300 123 2040 or visiting their website.
If you have been the victim of fraud in Scotland, please report it to Police Scotland by calling 101.
You may also want to contact a solicitor. To find a solicitor, please visit the relevant Law Society website, England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Please take care to choose a solicitor who is experienced in claimant fraud work.
